Inspiration behind DCC
Downtown Children’s Center (DCC) was established as a 501c3 non-profit organization in 1978, dedicated to serving the early childhood needs of parents that live and/or work in downtown St. Louis, Missouri.
Our school is a non-sectarian childcare center believed to be among the first in the nation to represent an alliance of businesses, childcare professionals and working parents in a unique cooperative effort to provide quality care near the workplace.
Our school has enjoyed much publicity locally, nationally & internationally for its innovative approach to the provision of childcare services.
